I've seen more and more makeup looks across the web recently extend the concept of contouring to lips in order to make them appear fuller. It's nothing new but we've probably got celebs like Kylie Jenner to blame for many of us lusting after a bigger pout recently. My lips are pretty full naturally but I love that subtle contouring can define my lips and add an extra dimension to a relatively simple makeup look. To create this look followed my usual everyday makeup routine (video here) but contoured my face a little to tie in with the effect on my lips.

A quick sidenote is I'm wearing my wig in these shots which I mentioned in my last FOTD (here). I got my real hair braided up during the week which has kept it flat enough to get this wig to fit over nicely. I aim to continue wearing my wig for another couple of weeks but I must admit I am missing my own hair already. It's been really strange wearing my wig in public and a lot of friends and colleagues thought I'd actually cut my own hair. I had some pretty interesting reactions when I told people it was a wig! I'll do a full post on the wig details soon.
